With over 20 years of experience in global consumer brands, I specialize in driving growth and operational efficiency in sportswear, outdoor, luxury, and retail sectors.

I served as CEO of Active Brands (2021-2024), leading a portfolio of international outdoor brands under LBO. At Nike, I was VP & GM of EMEA North (2018-2021), overseeing France, Benelux, and the Nordics, and held GM roles in Japan, Turkey, and Poland. Before Nike, I worked at L'Oréal in finance roles across Consumer Goods and Luxury in France and Germany, and began my career at Danone in finance.

As the Founder of Keigan Advisory, I offer tailored advisory services to private equity funds and portfolio companies, focusing on strategic planning, M&A advisory, brand portfolio optimisation, leadership development, crisis management, and digital transformation.

I hold an MBA from HEC Paris (2004) and am a French-German citizen based in Paris. I'm passionate about sports and an avid runner.
